Street Pros
Yamaha XVS 1600/1700 Roadstar ( 1999-2007 ) Road Burner Street Pro's are 2.5" doublewall drag pipes. Most Street Pro's feature 1.75" inner head pipes.

All Road Burner pipes feature a doublewall design and come with a 12 month guarantee against bluing. Street Pro’s are highly polished before plating and have a CNC machined polished and chrome plated billet aluminum end cap. They come with a standard spiral louvered core.

Street Lites
Yamaha XVS 1600/1700 Roadstar ( 1999-2007 ) Street Lites are Road Burner's most economically priced pipes. They have all the same features as Street Pro's except they do NOT come with a billet end cap.

The patented Doublewall design means these pipes won't discolor and are warranted against discoloration or bluing for 12 months*. We use a 1.75" inner pipe with an integrated 2.5" outer pipe.

3" Stepped Drag Pros
Yamaha XVS 1600/1700 Roadstar ( 1999-2007 ) Drag Pro's feature 3"dia 16 ga. steel tubing outer pipes. They are doublewall pipes using Road Burner's multi diameter stepped header design. Most inner pipes start at 1 ¾" dia. and then step to 1 7/8" dia. and finally to 2" diameter inner pipes. The stepped header design creates a "taper" which increases power thru more efficient exhaust "scavenging".

Velocity Lites 2 into 1
Yamaha XVS 1600/1700 Roadstar ( 1999-2007 ) Road Burners' 2-1 exhaust system increases power thru out the RPM range. This pipe enhances power thru exhaust scavenging. The primary pipes feature 1-3/4" inner pipes and 2-1/2" outer pipes.

The rear section is a true reverse cone megaphone pipe designed for maximum power. The megaphone terminates into a 5" diameter outlet. The Velocity lites do NOT have a machined end cap.

Velocity Pro 2 into 1
Yamaha XVS 1600/1700 Roadstar ( 1999-2007 ) This is Road Burners' top of the line 2 into1 exhaust system. They are the same pipes as the Velocity Lites but with a 5" 2pc CNC machined end cap. This large diameter CNC machined end cap caps off this fabulous system. The black "signature" middle trim ring really sets this pipe apart from the competition.

Road Pros with SLT,
Yamaha XVS 1600/1700 Roadstar ( 1999-2007 ) Road Pros are Road Burners' newest traditional looking 3" chrome plated drag pipes. Long and low.

Manufactured with Road Burners latest SLT (Sound Lowering Technology) muffler cartridge. The SLT cartridge reduces exhaust sound to a reasonable level. These are the quietist traditional drag pipes we make.

Road Pros feature Road Burner's 2pc CNC machined billet aluminum end cap with an engraved "Road Burner" logo and Road Burners signature black middle trim ring or we also offer accessory "Color Caps" and trim rings in black, blue or red finishes you can color coordinate to your bike.

3" Black Hawk Road Pros
Yamaha XVS 1600/1700 Roadstar ( 1999-2007 ) These are Road Burners' traditional looking 3" drag pipes but with our new "Black Hawk" black ceramic coated finish. They are the same pipe as our 3" Road Pros with SLT except with a matte black ceramic coated finish. This hi temp coating is rated to 1450 deg. F.

These pipes feature Road Burners' new SLT™ Sound Lowering technology that reduces sound to a reasonable sound level.

Also they feature our new 2pc. signature "Road Burner" engraved end caps in a black finish with a "signature" chrome middle trim ring.

Double Eagle's with SLT - Chrome Plated
Yamaha XVS 1600/1700 Roadstar ( 1999-2007 ) Double Eagles are Road Burners' top of the line exhaust pipe. This innovative exhaust system utilizes 2-1/2" primaries and 3-1/2" muffler canisters. These canisters feature our new Sound Lowering Technology muffler cartridge system. These are the lowest sound pipes that Road Burner offers.

Double Eagles have staggered mufflers. This innovative canister system is brand new to the metric cruiser market. The rear muffler extends back to the rear wheel.

Double Eagles' feature our CNC machined front and rear billet aluminum end caps. They also feature Road Burner's signature black middle trim ring.The rear end cap has an engraved" Road Burner" logo on it.

The chrome/black contrast offers you a contemporary look but with the same SLT (Sound Lowering Technology) that is now available on the other Double Eagle exhaust systems. The Black Hawk finish can withstand temperature up to 1450 Deg. F.
