The Cobra Fi2000 comes preset for your make and model of motorcycle. It is also set for your bike equipped with an after market exhaust system. This setting will enhance the performance of the entirely stock bike as well. If you add a high flow air filter system, you might need to adjust your particular model. Each comes with detailed instructions showing you how to make those adjustments quickly and easily. You can also contact our customer service staff to help you adjust your Fi2000 should your specific set of parameters need it.

Dynojet Power Commander III
Road Star (2008)
The Power Commander III is a fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs "inline" with the bikes' stock ECU. The PC uses original equipment style connectors so that no splicing or cutting of the harness is required. Most installations take less than 15 minutes, some as little as 5 minutes. Changes are made to the bikes fuel curves via the PC's onboard microprocessor. Using this technology we are able to offer a large area of adjustment without making any permanent changes to the bikes' ECU (electronic control unit). Removing the PC returns the bike to its previous stock condition. The unit also comes complete with software and cable link that allows you to change between different maps or make adjustments to a map file.

Power Commander V,

Reduced size from PC-III usb (less than half of the size of PC-III)
USB powered from computer (9 volt adapter is no longer needed for programming)
2 position map switching function built in (map switch not included)
Gear/Speed input (allows for map adjustment based on gear and speed)
Analog input (allows user to install any 0-5 volt sensor and build an adjustment table based on its input such as boost or temperature)
With gear position input connected the PCV is capable of allowing each cylinder to be mapped individually and for each gear (for example: on a 4 cylinder bike with a six speed transmission there could be up to 24 separate fuel tables).
Unit has a -100/+250% fuel change range (up from -100/+100%). This allows more adjustment range for 8 injector sport bikes
10 throttle position columns (up from 9 on PC-III usb)
Enhanced “accel pump” utility (increased adjustment and sensitivity ranges)

Note: PC-V’s will only be available for 2009+ model year motorcycles! 2008 and older models must still use the Power Commander III's. There are no plans for supporting past model years.

DynoJet, Auto-Tune

“Auto Tune” kits are available that include Wide Band O2 sensors and control boxes. It will plug directly into the PCV and allow automatic fuel adjustments.
Auto Tune can make a map for each gear it can map each cylinder separately for each gear if needed. (basic settings would make one map for all gears)
“Warm Up” fuel adjustment (unit reads engine temp and allows fuel/timing adjustments based on it)
Each map cell is individually adjustable so you can specify an exact AFR value for each area if needed. This allows the tuner/user to select specific AFR targets for idle, cruise, and large throttle opening areas. By doing this you can automatically tune the cruise area for best fuel economy while at the same time achieve maximum power at wide open throttle.
If PC does not have the exact map for your combination of parts you simply need to choose the closest one and let the Auto Tune kit do the rest. (if you have an very heavily modified engine and/or short drag pipes verifying your settings on a dynamometer is recommended).

FORCE LOAD VELOCITY STACK

Our newest version of our Velocity Stack features an engineered intake horn and is sold with our mounting brackets. This new horn has been redesigned externally, providing improved flow dynamics that smooth out turbulence, while allowing a higher volume of air to enter the carburetor venturi.

Additionally, we recontoured the internal shape, increasing air speed. This combination has worked to add an additional 2+ horsepower and 3 foot pounds of torque over our original design as tested on our dyno. Our new Velocity Stack works with our original Classic mounting bracket for those looking to upgrade.

Featuring "Dyna coils" combined with our 10.4mm "TV-50" performance wires....

These super fat 10.4mm "ThunderVolt50" wires are technically superior to any wires on the market today due to their low ohm rating of 50 ohms per foot. Using our "Hot-Shot" set up will result in an easier starting, smoother and stronger running motor with better gas mileage. This is accomplished by igniting the unspent gases that normally end up fouling your plugs. Even as your bike sits there idling, your plugs will be cleaned!! A 2 horsepower increase was accomplished on the test bike along with an additional 3 mpg jump. Just by adding this kit!!
